Job Description
Crusoe is a fast-growing, well-funded technology company that accelerates the abundance of energy and intelligence. As a Senior Production Manager, you will lead all aspects of production across a dynamic, custom design/build manufacturing organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field
- Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in production management within a design/build manufacturing environment
- Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Expertise in Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, UL 508A / UL 891 / UL 1008, NEMA, and NEC compliance standards
