Job Description
Crusoe is looking for a Strategic Sourcing Specialist II to build, own, and execute sourcing strategies for corporate services categories. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in category management or procurement with a focus on indirect/corporate services. The role requires excellent stakeholder partnership skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years in category management or procurement with an indirect/corporate services focus
- Proven track record of developing category strategies with measurable cost savings
- Strong contract negotiation and supplier relationship management (SRM) skills
- Excellent spend analysis and problem-solving abilities
- Hands-on experience with P2P systems (e.g., Coupa, Zip, SAP Ariba)
