Job Description
This role supports the legal team with company secretarial duties for global entities, including coordinating with external firms and handling inquiries. Responsibilities also encompass KYC requests, statutory filings, meeting preparation, and corporate record maintenance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Corporate Governance, Law or related disciplines
- 3 years company secretarial experience
- Members and students of HKCGI, CSIS, MAICSA, ICSA and ICPA are welcome
- Excellent command in spoken and written English
- Computer literate; Proficient in MS Office applications
- Experience in utilizing entities management platforms and other digital tools is an advantage
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Able to prioritize tasks and work independently
