Job Description
Crypto.com is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead their Retail Trading team. The role involves designing and scaling innovative retail trading products, contributing to the product roadmap, and fostering a collaborative, innovative culture. The team will be building and operating scalable applications adjacent to their core businesses.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in leading, managing, and mentoring software engineering teams.
- Strong background in software development with mobile (iOS/Android) and/or backend expertise.
- Experience working as a key engineering partner with product managers.
- Deep understanding of the retail trading, fintech, or financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
