Junior Operations Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Operations Analyst to support the Institutional Sales team. This role focuses on operational execution, reporting, and process improvement, leveraging data for problem-solving. The analyst will handle client account requests, data integrity checks, and build reporting and automation tools.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, business analysis, or sales support (fintech/finance background preferred).
• Strong organizational skills, with ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with Salesforce reporting required.
• Familiarity with Tableau (or other BI tools) strongly preferred.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
