Job Description
Crypto.com's Market Regulation team in CDNA (Derivatives North America) is seeking a full-time Market Surveillance Analyst. The role involves detecting and investigating trading activity to ensure compliance with Exchange rules and CFTC regulations, providing guidance to market participants, and contributing to regulatory policy development. It requires proactive monitoring, trade analysis, and collaboration with various teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Math or Juris Doctorate.
- 3+ years in Compliance in financial services or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Familiarity with futures markets and trading.
- Knowledge of futures exchange operations, trading, and risk management (a plus).
