Crypto.com is seeking a Market Surveillance Analyst to monitor trading activity, identify potential misconduct, and ensure regulatory compliance for market fairness and transparency. The role involves real-time monitoring, investigative analysis, and collaboration with various teams to improve surveillance systems. Strong analytical skills, trade knowledge, and communication abilities are essential.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Law, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in trade surveillance, compliance, or market oversight.
- Familiarity with futures, commodities, and derivatives trading concepts.
- Experience using trade surveillance platforms (e.g., Nasdaq SMARTS, Eventus, Solidus Labs).
- Exceptional analytical and investigative skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to interact with traders, regulators, and executive leadership.
