Product Design Manager (Exchange)

Crypto.com is seeking a Product Design Manager to lead a team of designers in the Exchange division. This role involves shaping the design direction across multiple products, collaborating with product managers, and creating a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of design, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for user-centered design.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience working at a top tier trading team
• Must be a trader
• Extraordinary knowledge of design as a craft and deep skillset
• Extensive experience designing multiple B2C digital products/services for international audiences
• A solid portfolio of work containing examples of design for digital products and services
• Deep understanding of user-centered design and user experience principles
• Ability to oversee and manage multiple projects and ship quality products at scale
• Experience with developing and coaching a design team
