Senior Product Designer

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who sets a high bar for both design craft and product thinking. You’ll lead end-to-end initiatives across web and mobile, shaping core experiences that demand clarity, speed, and trust.

Requirements

• Has led end-to-end design for complex, high-quality digital products across web and mobile, with a focus on clear, user-centered solutions.
• Thinks strategically about product and user flows—translating complex or technical problems into intuitive, scalable experiences.
• Uses research and user insights to guide decisions, partnering closely with product and engineering to influence what gets built.
• Has experience designing for crypto platforms (CEX, DEX, wallets, DeFi), or can demonstrate a strong personal understanding of trading, investing, or financial tools.
• Operates with curiosity, ownership, and initiative—thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where impact matters.
