Head of Trading

Crypto Finance Group, part of Deutsche Börse Group, is looking for a Head of Trading to lead the trading desk, manage a team of traders, and ensure flawless execution of daily client trading. The role involves representing the trading desk and the company to key clients, partners, and stakeholders, setting the strategic direction of the trading function, and overseeing trading operations, risk management, and market-making.

Requirements

• Proven experience in electronic trading and OTC flow trading within regulated financial markets
• OTC derivatives trading experience across FX, digital assets or related products
• Strong market knowledge across derivatives and digital asset markets
• Ability to lead and manage a team of traders
