Job Description
We are hiring a full-time Driver / Maintenance Technician to support daily community operations by safely transporting residents and completing routine maintenance and basic repairs.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and ability to meet insurability requirements
- Basic maintenance experience or strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to follow written work orders and communicate clearly with residents and team members
- Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs (with reasonable accommodation)
