Production Manager

The Production Manager oversees all production aspects of a manufacturing facility, reviewing production orders, supervising production shifts, collaborating with senior management, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. This role involves production team leadership, maintenance, and employee training.

Requirements

• Coordinates production efforts for one production facility up to three manufacturing shifts.
• Collaborates with VP of Manufacturing and support department managers to plan and organize production schedules.
• Coordinates daily with Quality Manager to address quality issues and customer complaints.
• Maintains and enhances production team knowledge and facility safety programs.
• Supports Quality, Materials, and Safety Audits.
• Coordinates Shop Floor Reporting Needs
• Runs Plant Management Team meeting and plant walk through
