Job Description
We are seeking a Key Account Manager to promote continued growth and superior customer service for current customers within North America primarily in the Wire and Cable Industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of sales experience, with a strong understanding of the CSA Group value proposition and knowledge of a wide range of wire and cable types.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education
- 2-4 years of sales experience
- Ability to articulate and promote the CSA Group value proposition
- Knowledge of a wide range of wire and cable types
- Understanding of Salesforce and Workday
- Knowledge of the safety certification industry
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and database applications
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Excellent phone and customer service skills
- Detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks
- Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to draft and deliver sales presentations
