Job Description
We're looking for an Associate Director or Senior Manager to lead our Corporate Services team in Guernsey. You'll manage a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, private equity and real estate investment structures, while leading a team.
Requirements
- Proven track record in a senior client-facing role within the fiduciary or funds sector
- Strong team management and mentoring capabilities
- Clear, confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of relevant markets and client needs
- Comfortable managing complex structures and transactions
- Professional Qualification: STEP, ACCA, ICSA or equivalent
