Job Description
The Nutanix Flow Network Security Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing network security solutions within the Nutanix Flow environment. This role involves ensuring the security, integrity, and availability of network resources and data and collaborating with IT teams, security professionals, and stakeholders to respond to security incidents.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with Nutanix Flow, including micro-segmentation, network visualization, and security policy enforcement.
- Proven ability to design and implement secure enterprise-grade network architectures.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, SDN, and routing protocols.
- Experience with Cloud and Hybrid Networking (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Zero Trust & Micro-Segmentation Knowledge.
- Industry-recognized certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCNP Security, AWS Certified Advanced Networking, or Nutanix Certified Professional - Multicloud Infrastructure (NCP-MCI).
- Experience in real-time threat monitoring and incident response.
- Familiarity with security frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, NIST, CIS benchmarks, and MITRE ATT&CK.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to translate security concepts for technical audiences.
- Project and Security Strategy Leadership experience.
