Sur La Table offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment, inspiring customers on their culinary journey and supporting sales goals. As a Floor Lead, you will contribute to the success of a Sur La Table store by leading daily store operations and providing coaching and feedback to employees.
Requirements
- 1 year of retail sales and customer service experience
- 1 year of retail supervisory experience
- Proficient in POS Systems
- Some experience with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- May require Food Handlers Certification
