We are looking for an Operational DevOps Engineer Senior to join our team. As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated deployment, monitoring, and maintenance processes and tools. You will also collaborate with development and QA teams to support product installation and configuration, and participate in incident management and resolution.
Requirements
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to infrastructure, installation, configuration, deployment release and promotion processes, procedures and application performance
- Collaboration with development and QA teams to support product installation and configuration
- Collaboration with others in Operations and development teams to triage software application issues within multiple time zones to ensure fast turnaround times on incident management and resolution
- Conduct incident management post-mortem analysis, and implement preventive measures to mitigate future incidents.
- Implement automation initiatives to streamline deployment, monitoring, and maintenance processes and tools.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Manage the installation, configuration and upgrade of third party products and open source solutions
- Ability to develop and propose alternative approaches or strategies to address identified gaps and improve overall performance.
- Participate in discussions for implementation of recommended solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes
- Provide support to team members on best practices for solution improvement and innovation to ensure effective collaboration and high performance
- Schedule and Participate in the Operations on-call 24 x7 rotation schedule
- When needed, active participation in critical problem resolution outside of typical working hours
