Job Description
Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A. is seeking a highly skilled Legal Assistant with a strong background in insurance defense litigation to support one of our partners in our Tampa Office!
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in insurance defense litigation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Deep understanding of court rules, litigation procedures, and the Florida E-Filing Portal
