Job Description
Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A is seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Litigation Legal Assistant for its Orlando office. The position requires a proactive individual with exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strong understanding of appellate procedures.
Requirements
- 3+ years of litigation experience in Appellate law
- Proven experience as a legal assistant or paralegal
- Demonstrated understanding of legal terminology, court procedures, and filing requirements
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook) Imanage, Litify, and PACER
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a legal team environment
