Snowplow / Heavy Equipment Operator

Earn $25–$30/hr + Guaranteed Pay Options* as a Snowplow and Heavy Equipment Operator Crew Lead at CSL. Lead a team of snow removal professionals while operating snowplows and other heavy equipment.

Requirements

• G2 license and clean driver’s abstract required
• Experience operating a snowplow and/or heavy equipment
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Open availability for on-call work
• Ability and willingness to work long hours during peak days
• Access to a mobile phone for communication
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Motivation, dedication, and a focus on safety and efficiency
• Physically fit — able to lift 50 lbs or more
