We are seeking a detail-oriented Automotive Estimator to join our team and assist with assessing vehicle damage, preparing repair estimates, coordinating with insurance companies, and keeping customers informed. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, knowledge of collision repair terms, and the ability to balance accuracy with efficiency. High-quality service is valued.

Requirements

• Write complete and accurate estimates/supplements in accordance with company and insurance guidelines.
• Take clear, detailed photos of vehicle damage.
• Order parts, confirm availability, and ensure correct discounts are applied.
• Track and document vehicle progress through the repair process.
• Communicate with customers about the collision repair process.
• Verify all labour has been assigned and all parts have been received/invoiced.
• Perform quality control checks before delivery.
• Deliver vehicles and explain repairs.
