Requirements
- 5 years of Experience as an Automotive Prepper / Painter in an Auto Body Repair Shop
- High School Diploma
- 310B License is an asset
- Knowledge of modern paint systems, tools, and safety practices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
