Requirements
- Greet customers in a friendly manner by phone and in person.
- Secure repair authorizations for customer vehicle repair.
- Create customer files and update customer information.
- Handle clerical aspects of Insurance Claims and Supplements.
- Confirm coverage and deductibles with insurance companies.
- Update customer on vehicle status.
- Handle customer complaints with integrity.
- Escalate call to upper management when necessary.
- Perform clerical duties, such as filing and scanning.
