Parts & Production Coordinator

CSN Brimell Collision is seeking a Parts & Production Coordinator to manage the logistics of their collision repair facility and ensure smooth operation. This role involves parts sourcing, production oversight, and ensuring parts availability, repairs proceed smoothly, and production targets are met. The coordinator will collaborate with estimators, technicians, and front-end staff to manage a wide range of logistical tasks.

Requirements

• Utilize Mitchell Connect and Audatex software
• Understand the flow of repair process in the shop
• In depth knowledge of OEM Procedures
• Knowledge of Insurance Direct Repair Programs (DRP) and guidelines
• I-CAR training or certification is an asset
• Strong understanding of inventory management and automotive parts logistics
• Valid ‘G’ Class (or equivalent) driver’s license with a clean abstract
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Strong organizational skills and communication skills
• Ability to manage relationships in a collaborative manner
