Job Description
The Production Coordinator role at CSN Collision involves orchestrating repairs from start to finish, working with various departments to ensure efficient and safe processes, and implementing process improvements to eliminate bottlenecks.
Requirements
- Utilize Mitchell Connect and Audatex software
- Understand the flow of repair process in the shop
- In depth understanding of OEM Procedures
- In depth knowledge of Health and Safety guidelines
- Up to date Compliance Training
- 2-3 years of experience working in the automotive and/or collision repair industry
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License
- Knowledgeable in various Insurance “DRP” practices/guidelines
- I-CAR training would be an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
- Advance repair planning system experience
