Job Description
As the technical point of contact, you are the interface between our customers and the development department, processing technical inquiries in 2nd and 3rd level support and supporting the quality assurance of our software - remotely or on site.
Requirements
- Ideal completion of IT training
- Good knowledge of at least one database (e.g. Oracle, SQL or SQLite)
- Familiarity with Linux
- Experience in customer service or IT installations
- Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
