Job Description
CSV Now is expanding into the BPO industry in the Philippines and is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide support for logistics inquiries. The role involves handling inbound calls and support tickets, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional customer service. Requirements
- At least 6 months of BPO experience
- Strong English communication skills
- Excellent comprehension and active listening skills
- Experience in logistics, quality control, or delivery operations (preferred)
