As a Director of Business Development, you will be responsible for proactively identifying and engaging with small to midsize business prospects, leveraging market insights and industry networks to uncover opportunities and drive new deal acquisition.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading consultative sales cycles to enterprise and high-growth companies
• Proven ability to initiate, develop, and grow C-level and senior relationships within target client organizations
• Experience selling complex hybrid CX solutions in the outsourcing marketplace
