Job Description
The IT Administrator role involves providing first and second-level support, administering hardware and software, analyzing and solving problems, documenting IT processes, coordinating external service providers, and implementing internal IT projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with Office 365, Windows Server, and Microsoft Azure.
Requirements
- Successfully completed training as an IT Specialist System Integration or a corresponding degree
- At least 2 years of professional experience
- Knowledge of Office 365, Windows 11 as well as Windows Server and Terminal Server
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Intune
- Network knowledge of DNS, DHCP, Routing and Switching is an advantage
- Interest in internal and cross-functional knowledge sharing
- Solution-oriented and reliable working style
- Communicative and enjoy supporting end users
- Desire for creative freedom for solutions and projects
- Very good German and good English skills
