The Manager Real Estate Project Control is responsible for taking over the expert role for internal project control tools, interfacing with various departments, and conducting regular Controlling meetings to ensure project success. The role involves creating regular reporting and ad-hoc analyses, participating in the creation and maintenance of business plans, and further developing and optimizing internal controlling processes and tools.
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or study in the field of Civil Engineering, Economic Engineering, Business Administration or comparable qualification
- First professional experience in project control is an advantage
- Well-developed analytical skills and high numerical affinity
- Reliable, structured working method with attention to detail
- Team-oriented appearance and pleasure in cooperation with various internal departments
- Communication strength in the coordination of interfaces
- Readiness and high motivation to take up new topics and continuously expand one's own knowledge
- Safe handling of MS Office (especially Excel); experience with Alasco or other controlling programs is an advantage
- Experience in modeling and/or VBA is an advantage
- Far-sightedness and strategic thinking
