Job Description
We're seeking a Staff Back-End Engineer to serve as a technical North Star for our engineering organization. As a Staff Back-End Engineer, you will shape the architectural patterns, infrastructure standards, and engineering habits that allow our entire team to scale.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong expertise in Python, Django, and Django internals
- Experience with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and AI-assisted development practices
- Ability to define engineering standards, design reusable abstractions, and improve developer velocity
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
