Culligan is seeking a full-time Inside Account Executive to nurture and enhance relationships with existing customers, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and drive revenue growth. This role focuses on customer retention and satisfaction, utilizing the CRM system and collaborating with internal teams. It involves account management, communication, and sales strategy development.
Requirements
- Experience in an account management, customer services or inside sales role.
- Understanding of upselling, cross-selling, and customer relationship building.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
