Job Description
Do you love cultural products? As part of the Service Team, you will welcome, inform, and direct customers in the store, collect payment, and ensure their satisfaction. You will also have the opportunity to lead collective courses related to your passions and participate in cultural events.
Requirements
- Welcoming, informing, and directing customers in the store
- Collecting payment from customers and ensuring their satisfaction
- Promoting and selling various services such as ticket sales, gift cards, workshops, and online orders
