Job Description
Culture Kings is seeking an experienced and energetic Store Manager to lead a team at their Melbourne DFO store. The role involves overseeing daily store operations, ensuring a premium customer experience, and creating world-class retail experiences. This is the forefront position where you will be at the forefront of street fashion.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in managing a team in a high-volume turnover store
- Exceptional selling skills with a strong understanding of the customer experience
- Proven ability to achieve sales, wages, KPI’s & stock loss targets
- Ability to coach and develop the team at an individual level
- Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management
- Mature minded, motivated, and committed to being a leader
