The Administrative Associate – Level IV serves as an extension of senior management, ensuring seamless operations and a positive customer experience while representing leadership to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Provide full administrative support to senior management
- Arrange and coordinate travel logistics
- Draft, review, and prepare documents
- Facilitate communication between senior management, employees, customers, vendors, and external parties
- Maintain confidentiality and security of management records and files
- Monitor and manage expenditures
- Support Export Control activities
- Provide mentorship and act as a resource for colleagues with less experience
- Handle independent decision-making tasks
