Job Description
Curaleaf is seeking a Corporate Counsel to support employment litigation and provide legal guidance across the organization. This role focuses on dispute management, compliance, and strategic advisory support to HR and business leaders, aiming to enhance lives through cannabis cultivation, sharing, and celebrating the plant. The company emphasizes corporate social responsibility and a purpose-driven culture.
Requirements
- JD from an accredited law school with admission to state bar or eligibility to practice.
- 6+ years of employment law experience, including litigation.
- Strong working knowledge of employment laws, including discrimination and employee leave matters.
- Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written forms.
- Superior interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Willingness to travel.
