The role involves performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repairing and replacing hardware, troubleshooting electrical and plumbing issues, and ensuring smooth facility operations. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Certificate in building maintenance from a vocational or certified school
- 3–5 years of experience in building maintenance
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting (preferred)
