Job Description
Curaleaf is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to represent the Curaleaf brand and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. The role involves building customer relationships, maintaining store standards, and achieving sales goals. Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED
- At least 6 months of customer-facing or sales experience
- 6 months experience with a POS system and cash handling
- Fluency in basic math and computer applications
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Basic proficiency in accounting (optional)
