Job Description
The Housekeeping Lead in Davao City is responsible for ensuring a clean and safe environment within the hospital and its surrounding areas. This involves daily rounds, linen and supply management, scheduling, infection control, and ensuring adherence to hospital policies. The role requires collaboration with the Nursing Director and a commitment to upholding hospital standards.
Requirements
- Carry out daily rounds on a regular schedule.
- Maintain linen and supplies in proper condition.
- Supervise and train Housekeeping and Linen & Laundry staff.
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols.
