Patient Mobilization Coordinator

The Patient Mobilization Coordinator is responsible for organizing activities outside the hospital to assist with patient recruitment, building networks, and strengthening partnerships with other organizations. The role involves coordinating with the Fieldwork Head, establishing relationships, and creating awareness of the hospital's programs and services. The coordinator will also assist patients with paperwork, transportation, and other issues necessary for treatment.

Requirements

• BS in Social Work or any four (4) year course graduate
• Professional Driver's License
• 1 to 2 years experience in social work, nursing, or community development
