Associate - Talent Enablement

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate - Talent Enablement to support our HR operations and enhance employee-related processes.

Requirements

• Support the daily operations of the Talent Enablement function
• Perform basic data entry and retrieval tasks
• Work under supervision to learn how to organize and interpret larger datasets
• Act as a liaison between employees and HR
• Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports
• Support initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to the development of innovative solutions
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent enablement and HR technology
• Maintain accurate employee records and assist in data entry for HR systems
• Facilitate communication between HR and other teams
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires
• Facilitate offboarding procedures
