We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate - Talent Enablement to support our HR operations and enhance employee-related processes.
Requirements
- Support the daily operations of the Talent Enablement function
- Perform basic data entry and retrieval tasks
- Work under supervision to learn how to organize and interpret larger datasets
- Act as a liaison between employees and HR
- Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports
- Support initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to the development of innovative solutions
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent enablement and HR technology
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist in data entry for HR systems
- Facilitate communication between HR and other teams
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires
- Facilitate offboarding procedures
