The Manager – Premium Sales is responsible for generating PKR 28M (~$100K) in monthly upsell revenue by leading strategic sales initiatives. This role combines hands-on sales execution with high-level pipeline management and serves as a key driver of revenue growth within the existing client base.
Requirements
- Build and execute a quarterly upsell plan to achieve a $1M Annual Recurring Revenue target
- Create a Customer Success-friendly qualification and handoff playbook within 45 days
- Train 100% of Key Account Managers and Support agents on a “commercial cue card” for each add-on within 60 days
- Maintain pipeline coverage at 3× and produce a 90-day sales forecast with ±5% accuracy
- Establish an approval matrix and ensure deals close within an average cycle time of 30 days or less
