Job Description
Curia is a global CDMO seeking a Manager, Production Manufacturing to support aseptic parenteral product manufacturing. This role involves managing all manufacturing activities, ensuring cGMP compliance, and maintaining quality data. The manager will oversee teams responsible for glass washing, aseptic filling, and lyophilization, as well as support for manufacturing, site control, and incident reporting.
Requirements
- Manage and coordinate all shift activities
- Ensure and enforce compliance with cGMPs
- Supervise and mentor direct reports
- Maintain current key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Responsible for production schedule adherence
- Ensure safety incidents and quality deviations
- Fluent in functional areas of responsibility
