Job Description
Seneca Resources is seeking an experienced Cloud Architect to support a major transportation organization’s cloud modernization and enterprise architecture initiatives.
Requirements
- 7–9 years of hands on experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform (design, implementation, and architecture)
- 1–2 years of exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other cloud providers such as AWS or Oracle Cloud (OCI) (preferred)
- 4–6 years of experience in Hybrid Cloud and On-Premise Infrastructure Integration
- Strong expertise in Cloud Networking, Cloud Security, and Cloud Governance
- Familiarity with Cloud FinOps practices for cost management and optimization
- Experience with Architecture Review Boards (ARB) or similar governance bodies, leading enterprise-level architecture reviews
- Demonstrated ability to oversee technical procurement processes and ensure alignment with architecture standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Visio or similar architecture visualization tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
