Job Description
The Project Accountant will perform capital and reimbursable project administration, prepare invoices, and support financial close processes. The role requires a curious and independent professional with 2-3 years of experience in general ledger, ERP, billing, and reconciliation.
Requirements
- Perform capital and reimbursable project administration
- Prepare reimbursable invoices for accuracy and compliance
- Support application modifications
- Support monthly/quarterly/annual financial close processes
- Prepare and document detailed fixed asset transactions
- Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist with ad-hoc analysis and special reporting
