Compliance Operations Associate

Currenxie is seeking a Compliance Operations Associate to join their team based in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have experience in operational compliance or AML roles, particularly in banking, fintech, or cryptocurrency. They will be responsible for overseeing customer onboarding, monitoring transactions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of at least 3 years of relevant experience in an operational compliance or AML based role
• Advanced knowledge of red flags and financial crime typologies relevant to the payments and FX space
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Personable, approachable, positive, and ability to work in an energetic environment
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
