Product Owner

We are looking for a Product Owner to join our agile team to ensure proper execution of the company vision and drive it forward. You will be working closely with product owners, developers, product designers, and senior management in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Identify and gather business requirements
• Conduct in-depth requirement analysis
• Evaluate user, business, operational, risk, and compliance aspects
• Perform gap analysis on data, systems, processes, and procedures
• Interpret requests from banking partners, vendors, Operations, Compliance, and regulatory regulations
• Proactively review business processes and develop optimization strategies
• Identify benefits, potential issues, and risks of existing and proposed solutions
• Assist Development Leads in decomposing epics into user stories
• Refine user stories to increase the degree of detail
• Contribute to Quality Assurance activities
• Assist in managing risks, assumptions, and constraints
• Manage various agile ceremonies
• Facilitate collaborative refinement sessions and walkthroughs
• Continually enhance skills and build knowledge
