Senior/ Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our agile team. You will be working closely with product owners, developers, product designers and senior management to not only ensure proper execution of the company vision but be a driving force in that vision.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration / Information Systems / Computer Sciences or related disciplines
• 3-4 years of experience in business analysis/data analysis/product management in financial industry, preferably in a startup environment
• Knowledge of financial services domain (Compliance, Payments and settlement) and digital products (online only offerings)
• Proven experience with adopting agile methodologies into complex feature and product implementation
• Demonstrated experience with user stories, business and system specifications, business context diagrams and business process maps
• Experienced in documenting business requirements, functional requirements and interface specifications
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-minded, able to handle multi-tasks
• Strong verbal/written communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills, adapting style and technique to a diverse audience
• A team player with great interpersonal skills
• Native English speaker (Cantonese and/or Mandarin a major plus)
• Knowledge in SQL, reporting tools and/or light programming is an advantage
• Prior experience in a payment-focused role is an asset
