Business Analyst

Curriculum Associates is seeking a Business Analyst to partner with Service work streams, clarify business problems, and translate them into actionable requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Salesforce.com technologies with a strong understanding of Salesforce.com implementation and customization.
• Proven expertise in gathering and analyzing business requirements, creating user stories, and managing product backlogs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
