We are seeking a Partner Success Specialist to serve as the central point of contact for educators utilizing our products and services, providing proactive implementation support and responsive service to educators in need of assistance.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
- 1 year or more experience in customer service, sales, or teaching (or a combination)
- Proficient with Programs and Applications like Outlook, SalesForce.com, Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS365)
- Strong listening and communication skills – both oral and written
- Strong interpersonal and customer centric skills – build trust and dependability
